Our pets are healthy, well groomed, and kept away from stored inventory. Air conditioned environment, no mildew or mold. If this is an antique item that has a prior non-air conditioned history, we still inspect for any odor of mold or mildew. We will state in our listing if the item was in an attic or basement and has ANY odor of this type. If the item warrants extra care, we will pay extra for packing materials. Packing materials are Styrofoam, clean packing paper, cardboard, and bubble wraps of all kinds.CLEAN RECYCLED materials will be used, not against your item; your item is wrapped in new materials.
